Thursday, May 15th, 2008He came to me with talk of really simple website troubleshooting almost entirely devoted to help with HTML. I’m no HTML master but I’d like to think I’m quite proficient when it comes to most HTML stuff and what I don’t know I can quickly learn by searching online and retaining it. Simple enough. I was a shoe-in!
And then Bill had his interview for the job first and they didn’t get technical hardly at all and mostly focused on customer service. Customer service? Shit, I’m a master customer servicer! I’ve been doing this stuff since I was sixteen and know how to please people while getting work done. Put me in front of a customer and I’m smooth as hell.
100% job. Right?
